The phrase "to rose" is not grammatically correct and cannot be used in written English
"Rose" can be used as a verb, but it should be in the infinitive form "to rise," as in "He needs to rise early in the morning." Here, "to rise" means to get up or to become upright. "Rose" can also be used as a noun to refer to the flower, but it would not be preceded by "to." Example: "She watched the rose bloom in her garden."
