The phrase "already have an account login" is correct and can be used in written English. For example, you could use this phrase in a sentence such as, "If you already have an account login, you can access your account information here."
If you already have an account, just login.
If you already have an account, enter your login and password information.
If you don't have an account already then click on "signup" at the top-left corner, if you already have an account click on "login".
