What forms of payment do you accept?

At the moment, you can use credit cards, debit cards, Alipay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay to pay for your Ludwig Premium subscription.
Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds.
You can cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle or before your trial ends by navigating to your account page & clicking on “cancel subscription”. After you cancel, you will continue to have access to Ludwig Premium until the purchased period expires.
Are there any discounts available?

If you are a student or educator with a valid .edu email address and are currently enrolled at or working at an academic institution, or at a non-profit, you are eligible for a 20% discount on our yearly plan. To apply please contact support.
Will you send me an invoice?

Yes, once the payment is done, you will automatically receive an invoice. If you paid and did not receive it, I’m afraid your invoice might have ended in your spam folder. Do you need help? Contact us at invoice@ludwig.guru
