The SDS sub-score 'implementation' is the partial company disclosure score for information about the realization of strategic programs, as well as integration within firm-wide communication and incentive systems.
ReCoDe received only one unsatisfactory score for information retention in the area of genetic testing which was shown to be one of the less frequent sources of important information.
The subscale score for "information" was significantly lower than those for "professionals' skills", "access", "relatives' involvement", "efficacy", and "overall satisfaction" (paired t ranged from 3.7 - 10.1, df = 129, P < 0.0001).

The low scores for information systems are not surprising taking into account that the majority of the small practices in Switzerland lack electronic health records, registries and reminder systems.
