A main peak corresponding to the quantum dot ground state transitions is centered at 1.058 eV and a small broad shoulder due to smaller quantum dots or InAs wetting layer appears at 1.216 eV. Figure 4shows the intra-band photocurrent as a function of energy at 77 K in the absence of bias.
The protein eluted as one main peak (corresponding to the monomer) with a slight shoulder at the beginning (corresponding to the dimer).
The distributions of the histone H3 trimethylated on lysine 4 (H3K4me3) and of the H2AZ histone variant showed multiple peaks corresponding to mono-, di- and tri- nucleosomes, with a main peak corresponding to a mononucleosomal length of DNA of about 150-200bp.
Indeed, an additional minor peak (≈ 14% of the main peak) corresponding to an apparent molecular mass of 130 ± 8 kDa was also apparent: both peaks gave a single band at 18 kDa in SDS-PAGE analysis (inset of Figure 3).
The main peak corresponding to the protein of molecular weight of approx. 80 kDa along with the minor peaks from smaller proteins were observed, which is consistent with electrophoretic analysis (Fig. 1b).
For developed preliminary protocols, corresponding to Assays A1, A2, A3, and A4, it was decided to analyze the main peak corresponding for chitin located at 2 θ = 19° through X-ray diffraction.
