The word 'assemblers' is correct and usable in written English
It refers to people or machines that put together parts to create a whole object or product. Example: "The automobile company has a team of skilled assemblers who work tirelessly to put together each car with precision and efficiency."
Computers produced by different manufacturers have different machine languages and require different assemblers and assembly languages.
