The phrase "are readily aligned" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing how things are easily arranged or coordinated in a particular manner.
Example: "The goals of the two departments are readily aligned, ensuring a smooth collaboration on the project."
Alternatives: "are easily coordinated" or "are quickly matched".
