Its ability to quickly colonize disturbed habitats, like forests defoliated by gypsy moths, or scoured riparian zones, indicates that it could compete with rare, native plants already under siege from pollution, insects and disease.
Lack of points in any of the zones indicates that the considered point belongs to an edge.
