The rearranged 5DS genome zipper integrated with the physical mapping data was also compared with bin-mapped ESTs and SSRs, the consensus SSR map of the 5DS chromosome (http://wheat.pw.usda.gov/GG3/maps-short) and genetically mapped COS markers (Fig.  7).
