The complete data set (training and test) in the signaling response prediction challenge was composed of fluorescence measurements of phosphoproteins and cytokines in cells exposed to pairwise combinations of eight stimuli and eight signaling-network-protein inhibitors, for a total of 64 stimulus/inhibitor combinations (including zero concentrations).
