The oldest medical school in Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSOM), offers a 5-year undergraduate medical education which does not incorporate community service into its official structured curriculum; therefore, all community service projects are student-initiated.
"The bridal school is not old-fashioned," said Kang Yong Sook, the founder and director, and a former television reporter.
