So take a hint from Candy Spelling — the inventor of the gift-wrapping room — and reprogram all those extra bedrooms.
But other things — her china, silver, Impressionist art, wardrobe, wine cellar, ball clock collection and, yes, the gift-wrapping room — are nonnegotiable, she said.
