"would have commented" is a correct and usable part of a sentence in written English.
It is used to express a hypothetical situation or outcome in the past. You can use it when discussing what someone would have said or done in a certain situation, but did not actually say or do. Example: If I had known about the event, I would have commented on the post and showed my support.
