Plants protected by Plant breeders' rights (PBR) may have a "true" cultivar name – the recognized scientific name in the public domain, and a "commercial synonym" an additional marketing name that is legally protected: an example would be Rosa Fascination = 'Poulmax', the 'Poulmax' being the true scientific name.
And to suggest that women should be wary of asserting themselves in the workplace would be like telling Rosa Parks not to sit in the front of a bus.
