Workers in desk-based occupations are considered a key target group for workplace sitting reduction strategies [ 11, 12].
In this randomized controlled pilot, our primary objective was to evaluate the viability and proof of concept for two innovative mind-body workplace stress reduction programs, setting the stage for larger cost-effectiveness trials.
