New work procedure regulations were also applied in the SSDNC following the organizational structure adjustment to improve its professional capacity and reduce working errors.
The results showed that by applying the proposed control technique, the working errors of the component actuators converged quickly to zero almost at the same time.
Training and encouraging the nurses to identify and report the working errors in a non-punitive milieu will increase error reporting, as well [ 8, 13].
The number of working errors in days 1 2 (Fig. 5 D ) was higher (P < 0.01) in PCS rats (22 ± 2 errors) than in sham-operated rats (10 ± 2 errors).
