"work sensibly" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is an imperative sentence, giving a command or instruction. It could be used when giving advice or reminding someone to approach a task or job in a sensible manner. Example: "As you start your new job, remember to work sensibly and prioritize your tasks to meet deadlines."
Except in practice it doesn't work sensibly at all.
