'work passage' is not a correct or usable phrase in written English.
It does not have a standardized meaning and does not make sense when read on its own. If you were attempting to describe an area related to work (such as a corridor), you could use the phrase "work area" instead. For example, "This particular office has a large, open work area for employees to use."
