This work focuses on estimation of global solar radiation and, in particular, it explores the effect of precipitation and temperature on solar radiation profile of Kathmandu (Nepal).
In this section, we survey previous work on channel estimation and pilot contamination mitigation.
Mehra (1970 , 1972 published his pioneering VCME work on the estimation of Q and R based on the system innovations in steady-state KF.
