"Home — So Different, So Appealing" is a big, keen show, at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, of works made since 1957 by forty-two mostopnotchotch Latino and Latin-American artists, spanning styles from Pop to Conceptual.
This exhibition, his third solo show in New York and his first in an American museum, was organized by Heidi Zuckerman Jacobson at the Aspen Art Museum and overseen at MoMA P.S. 1 by Peter Eleey, a curator there; it presents 29 works made since 2003.
Drawing is an inconspicuous strength of Whitney's Harlem show, which is curated by Lauren Haynes and limited to work made since 2008.
