The phrase "woe you" is not correct and not usable in written English
It seems to be a misinterpretation of "woe unto you," which is an expression used to convey sorrow or misfortune directed at someone.
Example: "Woe unto you if you continue down this path of deceit."
Alternatives: "Alas for you" or "Sorrow to you."
"Woe to you, you teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites!
If you think ridicule is an appropriate response to other peoples' woes, you fit right in.
