TKI knock off the neoangiogenic pathways in sarcomas causing progressive decrease in density and enhancement on contrast-enhanced CT without necessarily causing shrinkage of the tumor (Fig. 4).
Simulation results have been obtained to compare the proposed detection schemes with and without spatial signatures, as well as with and without shrinkage estimation, showing that the introduction of spatial structures and shrinkage estimation significantly improves the overall detection performance.
When phenotypic accuracy was above 0.6, it surpassed GEBV accuracy using random sets of 384 SNPs without shrinkage, and the crossover with shrinkage occurred at phenotypic accuracy equal to 0.8.
