Static Partitioning:Static partitioning systems [8 11] are the systems where the related data items are put together on one partition.
As can be seen in Figure 3, for 13 out of 21 within-ingroup-nodes, one (but never more than one) partition conflicted with the other three.
We compared three possible partitioning schemes of the concatenated data using Bayes factors based on the marginal likelihood: all genes together (one partition), separate partition for each gene (four partitions), and separate partitions for 12S and 16S plus codon positions within genes (eight partitions).
This is one partition whose position we cannot change.
If more than one partition is given, those partitions will be interpreted as additive meter components.
Further, s i = 0 indicates node i is as strongly connected to at least one partition other than the partition P i to which it is assigned, and thus we say node i is not stable within the partition P i it is located.
1. Static Partitioning Static partitioning systems [8 11] are the systems where related data items are collocated at one partition.
All sites were used in a single partition but similar results were found when we set one partition per codon position and another one for the D-loop (not shown; results were similar with and without partitions likely due to the low genetic divergences within the species).
Four partitioning strategies were used: (1) combination of all data; (2) data partitioned into coding and noncoding regions; (3) one partition each for intron, spacer, and coding regions; and (4) one partition for each of the 20 regions.
Protein coding genes (cytochrome b, vWF and IRBP) have been partitioned according to codon positions, the 12S rRNA is partitioned in stems and loops and there is one partition for each intron and one partition for combined exons.

Since I tried Ludwig back in 2017, I have been constantly using it in both editing and translation. Ever since, I suggest it to my translators at ProSciEditing.
