The phrase "with starting point" is correct and usable in written English
It can be used when referring to a specific location or moment from which something begins or is measured.
Example: "The project will commence with a starting point that includes a thorough analysis of the current data."
Alternatives: "from the outset" or "at the beginning."
With starting point guard Raymond Felton already unavailable due to injuries, head coach Mike Woodson played defensively challenged Beno Udrih for the remainder of the game.
