The paucity of sequence variation in the Cyt b sequences was consistent with the less resolved tree based on the mtDNA control region sequences.
When a nation is less confident, it tends to spend less money and have less resolve.
Faced with a shrinking industry and little ability to find new jobs at similar pay, however, workers may show less resolve than they have in the past.
MP and BI analyses of the individual and combined 16S rDNA and trpB data sets resulted in less resolved phylogenies, although the consensus trees are congruent with the combined vlm sequence MP and BI trees where resolved (Fig. 4B).
The subtle differences mainly occur between the 0.9 to 1.2, 1.4 to 1.6, and 1.95 to 2.2 μ m windows, which may remain less resolved with the 13- and 30-band selections than with the full (194-band) resolution, as seen in Figures 4 and 5.
