In Figure 3 the morphologies of the three samples containing each polymorph of paracetamol at room temperature are shown with their corresponding height profiles.
The shape of the profiles, roughly Gaussian, is consistent with what would be expected fromquasispherical particles, such as icosahedra, in contrast with other particle shapes, cuboctahedra for example, that generate height profiles with pronounced changes of slope.
