Twenty-two patients received diagnoses other than HP, and in all of them the SIC was negative: five were diagnosed with nonspecific interstitial pneumonia, five with sarcoidosis, eight with bronchiectasis, two with non-classifiable pulmonary fibrosis and two with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
Of the 1072 patients with a classifiable TB diagnosis, 100 (9.3%) were diagnosed with TBM, 371 (34.6%) with TBP, and 601 (56.1%) with TBEP.
Based upon additional information that was gathered during this phase, the CSHCN were subdivided into CSHCN with mental health problems (n = 919), CSHCN with physical health problems (n = 543) and CSHCN with no classifiable main health problem (n = 30).

The specific aims were (1) to identify and specify content of medical reports on claimants with CWP and/or LBP not appropriately classifiable with the ICF; and (2) to determine specification categories as well as third and fourth level ICF categories that appear relevant across these reports.
Concepts not appropriately classifiable with the ICF were labeled with a specification code as either personal factors, not covered, not definable (broad concepts) or health condition.
Overall 42% of patients could be correctly classified at either extreme; however 58% were classifiable with scores between 0.3 and 0.8.
