Data collected in a window encompassing only the coincidence sum peak (Figure 5c) declined markedly as the sample volume increased.
In addition, a coincidence sum peak window (47 to 71 keV) and a wide window encompassing both peaks (16 to 74 keV) were acquired.
For the positron emitters, data were simultaneously acquired in a 511-keV window (409 to 613 keV), a coincidence sum peak window (920 to 1,124 keV), and a wide window encompassing both peaks (350 to 1,200 keV).
While greater sensitivity can be achieved with a wide window encompassing both the 511-keV peak and the coincidence sum peak, a narrow lower energy photopeak window allows greater flexibility in the sample volumes that can be reliably counted.
In order to prepare this tracking phase, some area of interest should be specified the detected obstacles should be marked by specifying some tracking window encompassing each of them.
(a) Data acquired in a window centered on the lower photopeak; (b) data acquired in a wide window encompassing both the lower photopeak and the coincidence sum peak; and (c) data acquired in a window including only the coincidence sum peak.
125I is a single-photon emitter that has a coincidence sum peak due to cascade emissions, and a wide window encompassing both the lower energy photopeak (consisting of 35.5-keV gamma photons and 27.5-keV X-rays) and the coincidence sum peak (around 55 keV) is typically employed [13,14].
For any sequence, the %MinMax output is presented as a series of sliding windows (1 to z, 2 to z+1, etc).. Specific codon positions reported in the text represent the midpoint of the window (for example, "406" represents the window encompassing codons 397 414).
This sequence window encompasses one of the known regions containing histone modifications (Chadwick 2008).
We then measured the average pressure over a window encompassing 1.5 3 sec into the maneuver as our peak mouth pressure.
The analysis focused on a 500 kb window encompassing the CFH- and CFH-related genes (Fig. 3).
