It is estimated that energy demand will grow by 50% in 2040 compared to today's levels, with 80% continuing to be supplied by hydrocarbons [7, 9].
The laws in California and Massachusetts, for example, have not been changed, so in those states eggs will continue to be in short supply.
Once converted into a skilled workforce, there will continue to be a steady supply of talented employees for the outsourcing sector.
