"If they can't get a CVA, it will be a liquidation, a bit like Rangers, and there will be a new entity having to reapply for membership which would in all likelihood mean Third Division entry".
The alternative would be liquidation.
"If sufficient forbearance has not been achieved, it seems extremely likely that the company will be forced into liquidation," the statement said.
We will then get release from that position and the company will be passed into liquidation.
After the Football League's decision, a Coventry club statement read: "CCFC Ltd [the company that entered administration] will be put into liquidation after ACL failed to accept the Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) put forward by the administrator.
"Regardless of the outcome, we believe it is increasingly clear that Chrysler will be restructured and avoid liquidation," said Mr. Johnson.
"I am confident that Dewey's plan of liquidation will be confirmed at the end of the month, despite the recent objections filed," Mr. Mitchell said.
In some cases, when it becomes clear that the company will not regain its footing, a Chapter 11 reorganization will be converted to a liquidation.
My guess is that the current deflation, driven by inventory liquidations, will be over by year-end.
That liquidation plan will be presented on Thursday to the federal judge overseeing the company's bankruptcy case.
