The word "aware" should be used as either a verb (e.g. "who is aware") or an adjective (e.g. "who is aware of the situation"). Example: "Who is aware of the new company policy?" is a correct and usable sentence. Example: "The employees who are aware of the new company policy have already adjusted their work schedules." is another correct and usable sentence.
