This phrase does not make sense in the English language, as the word "while" is used as a conjunction to show a contrast between two events. As such, it cannot be used in the same way as a verb. For example, you cannot use the phrase "while did" as in: "I was eating dinner while did the dishes." This phrase is incorrect. Instead, you would use the correct form of the verb: "I was eating dinner while I did the dishes."
