The biggest increases were seen in studios, which increased by 20percentt, and in two-bedroom apartments, which increased by 18percentt.
Much of that growth was from sales of orange-flavored sodas, which increased by 6.9percentt.
The cap is generally tied to leaguewide revenues, which increased by 2.5percentt in 2008-9.
Investments in construction, equipment and software, which increased by 6.5percentt, added much of the rest.
