When a neutron star is gobbling up the material, all the energy is radiated, either as it orbits the star or when it hits the surface.
The maximum allowed radiated power in the MICS band is 25 μ W [23]. Figure 9a shows the peak spatial SAR (psaSAR) for the spiral when it is moved horizontally as a function of the depth inside the tissue.
