Among the ideas many people like: the ban on lifetime coverage limits, expansion of health savings accounts – including a provision to let people use them to pay for insurance premiums, and a requirement that the healthcare industry becomes more transparent about what medical services cost.
The costs are much cheaper in these countries -- a fraction of what surrogacy services cost in the U.S. -- in some European countries it's simply banned.
Homeowners who bought, say, in 1999, are driving on 2019 streets and using other 2019 government services, while paying only a small amount more than what these services cost 20 years ago.
