You had some great character beats this season, between Michael's relationship with Nikita and his discovery of Cassandra and Max -- were there any moments or developments you were particularly pleased with?
Despite a significant reduction in SBP and DBP with the two antihypertensive drugs, there were no beneficial renal histological changes compared with placebo, nor were there any reductions the development of microalbuminuria (actually being higher among patients taking the A2A) or in the decline in glomerular filtration rate.
This was not known at the time of our strategy development, nor were there any obvious candidates in our study setting.
