Users can usually start from a higher-level summary track, and when an interesting network area is located, corresponding lower-level data can be retrieved to gain more detailed information.
Partial segments of seven ORFs (KSorf299, KSorf1459, KSorf167, KSorf237, KSorf1240, KSorf780, and KSorf778) were located in corresponding Ks3-specific regions, whereas another sequence of these ORFs was homologous to Km3 mtDNA (Table 3).
