Research suggests a growing number of leaders are finding the courage to allow employees to craft their own jobs resulting in positive improvements in engagement, performance and wellbeing.
This week a new report, endorsed by the NHS chief executive, the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) and Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM) calls for a board level lead in every NHS trust to take proactive responsibility for staff health improvement and wellbeing.
