In-DOTA-lanreotide is another γ-emitting tracer with different affinity for SSTR subtypes compared to [In-DTPA]octreotide. Tumors expressing mainly SSTR3 and/or SSTR4, for example, intestinal adenocarcinomas, may be well visualized by In-DOTA-lanreotide [ 11, 54].
