The phrase "well standing" is not a correct part of a sentence in written English.
It is not a grammatically correct phrase and does not make sense on its own. Instead, you could use the phrase "in good standing" to describe someone's current status or reputation. For example, "The company's strong financial performance has kept them in good standing with their investors."
