Ever noticed how weird language can be?

I try not to invent; I try simply to translate the weird language of the natural world.
The boys speak a weird language of "trips", "bullets", "cowboys" for kings and "a nugget" for a pound.
"But, more likely, you'd say, 'Well, what's going on with that weird language?' " Contemporary linguists have generally avoided speculation about how humans acquired language in the first place.
This would finally be my chance to get Huntsman's explanation for the weird language on specific performance and some of the other clauses.

Not the French, because I speak French; but all the other weird languages, I'd have it translated that way so I could read it from cards.
It's bewildering, frankly, and while I recommend shunning movies altogether, these with the weird languages are probably the worst.
Actual Greeks, and most other Europeans, say the same thing by reference to the weirdest language they can find, as the French do with "c'est du chinois".
