It is important to note that the TB-LAM manufacturers changed the reference card in 2014 omitting the weakest color grade (grade 1 cut-point) such that grade 1 cut-point for the new 2014 reference card corresponds to the grade 2 cut-point at the original 2013 reference card.
The Surviving Sepsis Campaign categorized their recommendations using the GRADE system which classifies recommendations as strong (grade 1) or weak (grade 2).
