At the same time, research among senior managers shows that UK NHS trusts are most frequently characterised by dominant clan (i.e. team) culture, strong rational culture, and weaker hierarchical and developmental (i.e. entrepreneurial) culture.
While most of the quantitative PCR results had very strong statistical values, scatter in values was greater and the corresponding statistical significance weaker for muscle developmental gene Klf4 and the voltage gated potassium channel Kcne4.
