The phrase "weak mental" is not correct and may be considered inappropriate in written English.
It could be used in contexts discussing mental strength or resilience, but it is better to use more precise language.
Example: "He struggled with weak mental fortitude during the challenging times."
Alternatives: "poor mental" or "fragile mental".
