Seeking to quantify the effects of short-termism at the company level and to assess its cumulative impact on the nation's economy, we tracked data on 615 nonfinancial U.S. companies from 2001 to 2014 (representing 60%to65%5% of total U.S. market cap).
Through Gumroad, we tracked data on the number of people who landed on each link, whether they purchased, and how much they chose to pay.
And we also track data on a daily basis to see how much people are on the app, what they're interacting with on there, and what they're staying accountable to.
Instead, we tend not to track data about the health care system, and to keep it completely siloed.
