In wild-type melanotrope cells, after a 30-min pulse and 3-hr chase period, two forms of 18K POMC are produced, a major product (∼80%) indicated as 18K POMC and a minor (∼20%), slightly slower migrating product that we previously designated 18K* POMC (Figure 4A; [21]).
We previously designated these microscopic islands as "microtubers" [ 11], in contrast to the canonical cortical "macrotubers" detected by MRI.
These tumors, which we have previously designated mILC (Derksen et al., 2006), developed with high incidence multifocally in several mammary glands (P<0.0001; Table 1).

It should be noted that 25 ORFs were previously designated [ 9], but we will use our IDs throughout for brevity.
Here, we describe a novel species, Sneathia amnii sp. nov, which closely resembles bacteria previously designated " Leptotrichia amnionii".
