Using the Bowtie2 read aligner [ 13] with the default settings we were able to align between 82.0 % and 96.2 % of sequenced reads as concordant pairs to the final genome assemblies, indicating that the genome assemblies are relatively complete.
Although we were able to align and determine consensus primer sets for the 9 tri5 and the 16 β-tubulin sequences, there was no consensus sequence that could be derived from alignment of the 11 rRNA sequences.
Moreover, we were able to align these GC-rich sequences with similar success as non-GC-rich regions which is consistent with other reports [ 6].
We were able to align this sequence and found that it lies 1006 bp from TMOD4 exon 1 and contained a consensus donor splice site.
In this design we were able to align this potential bias toward analytical thinking and balance that with the video vignette of actual performance and have provided these examples in the paper to illustrate this phenomenon.
We are able to align the two samples by excluding the consecutive birth cohorts from the GSF sample which are not part of the NSS sample, and repeat this for all four years of the NSS sample (see Figure 2).
In that regard, we were able to align the 17 genome regions associated with seed protein identified in this study with previously reported seed protein QTL locations, and based on that alignment, determined that QTL had previously been reported in 12 of the 17 regions.
However, when mapping these corrected reads to the reference genome using BWA mem [ 16] with the "-x pacbio" parameter, we were able to aligned only 63.35% of the 344 corrected reads, and we computed an average identity percent of 71.6%, which is not different from that obtained when aligning non-corrected reads (67.2%) using the same software and parameters (Additional file 1: Table S2).
If we are able to align incentives to promote safer, higher quality care, then that's what we'll get.
Comparing a library of 40 published songs to freely available MIDI files, we were able to align 31 (78%).
