The events must have (1) occurred between 1998 and 2014, (2) a focal depth shallower than 80 km, (3) a magnitude in the range of 4.0 ≤ M W ≤ 5.5, and (4) an average variance reduction of waveform fitting between the observed and synthetic waveforms larger than 85% once the source parameters have been determined.
