"watch it up" is not a grammatically correct or commonly used phrase in written English.
It may be used in informal spoken language, but it should not be used in formal or written communication. A more correct and commonly used phrase would be "turn it up" or "watch it closely." Example: "I can't hear the TV. Can you turn it up?".
