The set of indicators is ranked by the main stakeholders in the wastewater sector, which have been identified within the first step of SusTA, namely: institutions (authority, governmental agency); practitioners (non-governmental organization, consultants) and users/beneficiaries (common users and users who also serve as village administrators and operators).
